DESCRIPTION:The Lake Area Chamber of Commerce\, along with the School of the Osage\, is excited to partner again for the School of the Osage Community Night. Lake Area Chamber members are invited to set up a booth to welcome the community while promoting their business. This is a free opportunity exclusively for Lake Area Chamber members.\n\n\n\nEvent Date: Friday\, September 5\, 2025\n\nSchool of the Osage vs. Moberly\n\nDeadline to Register: Thursday\, August 28\, 2025\n\n \n\nCommunity Night Participation Details:\n\n	Booth location will be assigned and will be marked with your business name and/or logo.\n	Set up to take place on Friday between 4:30pm and 5:30pm\, booths must be set up no later than 6pm.\n	Tear down no earlier than 7:30pm\, we recommend staying through halftime.\n	Giveaways and goodies for students and families go well at this event and are encouraged. Ideas include: pens\, cups\, rally towels\, lens cleaning cloths\, candy (no chocolate please)\, magnets\, etc.\n	Items Not Permitted: noise makers (MSHSAA rule) or items that could cause disruption. Examples: whistles\, horns\, sword/tomahawk inflatables\, water balloons\, etc.\n	Table d cor/props cannot disrupt the neighboring booth. Please be mindful of your displays\, props\, etc.\n	Booth size 10'x10 unless business requests otherwise.\n	Each business will receive an 8 ft table provided by the school along with one chair per table.\n	Businesses must bring their own booth supplies\, including but not limited to: additional tables and chairs (if needed)\, tent/canopy\, promotional material\, etc.\n	Electricity is not available.\n	This is a rain or shine event.\n\nIf you'd like to take advantage of this offer\, please scan the QR code!
