Community Night Participation Details:

• Table location will be assigned and will be marked with your business name and/or logo.
• Table Top Booth set up can take place any time after 4pm (no earlier) in the Commons area located at the School of the Osage High School.
• Table décor/props cannot disrupt the neighboring table. Please be mindful of your displays, props, etc.
• Giveaways and goodies for students and families go well at this event and are encouraged. Ideas include: pens, cups, rally towels, lens cleaning cloths, wrapped candy, magnets, etc.
• Items Not Permitted: noise makers (MSHSAA rule) or items that could cause a disruption. Examples: whistles, horns, sword/tomahawk inflatables, water balloons, etc.
• Each business will receive an 8 ft table provided by the school along with one chair per table.
• Electricity is not available.
